We process and ship orders within 24 hours. You'll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Return Policy

7-Day Returns: We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached.

How to Return:

Follow the easy instructions for the redo return portal. If you did not choose to use the unlimited returns option at checkout, please contact us at hello@shopcocoandash.com to initiate your return. Customers are responsible for shipping costs on returns/exchanges if the redo return option was not purchased at checkout.

Refunds: Refunds are processed as soon as return merchandise is received. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges: We're happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability.
